We have operated for over twenty-five years with an impressive track record serving institutional, government and commercial clients. A strong legacy in high-rise commercial construction in the Baltimore-Washington, DC metropolitan area has provided the foundation for our expertise in design-build, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity and job order contracting. We continue to perform traditional construction contracts for select institutional and corporate clients on a pre-qualified basis.

Since 2003, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of Fru-Con, one of the largest and oldest construction and engineering firms in the nation. Integrating the resources of Fru-Con and Centennial allows financial depth, stability and opportunities to better serve our customers on projects that are larger or complex, or with extensive design-build requirements.

Our main office is located in Vienna, Virginia about fifteen miles from the U.S. Capitol. We have a strong local presence and well-established relationships with hundreds of local subcontractors who have worked with us on job order contracts and other construction projects. Offices are located across the United States where our job order contracts are in-place. We continue to expand our operations as successful ventures generate new opportunities.
