In 1995, RepuCare Inc. was established by owner Billie Dragoo to provide supplemental staffing of licensed therapists (physical, occupational and speech) to leading hospitals and clinics in central Indiana.  We provided an excellent solution for balancing cost containment with quality care.  Rather than hiring, laying off and redeploying full-time employees to meet variable staffing demands, clients could rely on us.  RepuCare established a reputation as the premier therapist staffing partner in Indiana by careful selection and development of only the very best caregivers.

In 1999, RepuCare expanded its offering to employers by deploying its therapists directly at the worksite to provide rehabilitation services. This service was rapidly embraced by a number of large central Indiana employers due to its success in reducing worker’s compensation claims cost and employee lost productivity by eliminating clinic travel and wait time and rapid return-to-work.

In 2000-2002, RepuCare expanded its on-site services to include ergonomic assessments, safety training and drug and alcohol testing.  RepuCare’s innovation and success was recognized in 2002 as a recipient of the Blue Chip Community Business Award for entrepreneurial business excellence in the face of significant challenges and obstacles.

In 2003, RepuCare expanded its ability to help employers reduce their employee injury related costs through certification in Isernhagen work/worker matching programs.  We also expanded our provider and employer staffing services to include certified occupational health nurses (COHN), nurse case managers and paramedics.

RepuStaff was organized in January 2004 by Billie Dragoo by transferring RepuStaff’s reputable 9-year allied healthcare staffing business, employees and clients to RepuStaff. With RepuStaff continuing as an occupational health business, the focus of RepuStaff is to provide innovative and economical supplemental staffing and contractual rehabilitation solutions to healthcare providers that are in critical need of and can economically benefit from these services.
